LAURIE STUMP
Turnaround Specialist

Laurie has twenty years’ experience working in senior living. Laurie started out her career as a caregiver at an assisted living community and quickly moved into a leadership role as a Resident Care Coordinator where she oversaw direct care for all residents.

Laurie later held roles as Director of Memory Care overseeing all memory care (Alzheimer’s) care and program delivery to residents and Executive Director overseeing all aspects of community operations. More recently, Laurie has assumed a role of distressed asset intervention where she turns around underperforming communities. Laurie has built some amazing teams throughout her career and has had the privilege of mentoring caregivers through nursing school. Building strong teams, taking on challenges and serving residents is Laurie’s passion.

NATALIE KUNKEL
Turnaround Specialist

Natalie has specialized experience in serving those persons living with dementia causing diseases for over 20 years. In her current role, Natalie supports assisted living and memory care communities to achieve excellence in care and financial performance.

She studied at Texas Woman’s University receiving a B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation & Human Biology. Natalie has been certified both nationally and in the State of Texas as a Recreation Therapist in excellent standing since 1993. She has also been a certified Dementia Practitioner since 2013. She is a Certified Assisted Living Manger in good standing since 2000.

As an educator and trainer, Natalie has supported caregivers (family and professional), medical personnel and all levels of leadership in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing environments in providing excellent care and caring for these very special people. Natalie has served on the Alzheimer’s Association’s Speakers Bureau.
